Vivipet.eu wants you to LOVE what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. We have a 30-day unconditional return policy. If you have any questions, please contact our customer care team at info@vivipet.eu

All returns are honored within 30 days of purchase.

How to return

Returns must be in its original packaging condition, unused, within 30 days of purchase.

Please include the reason for your return

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Please use protective box or wrapping.

Item(s) received with package damaged are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Item(s) received Damaged and it is not able to resell again, they are not eligible for a refund

Refund will take approx. 3-5 business days after receipt of the package

We recommend you pay for insurance on the return shipping on items over $55

We can not be responsible for any lost package sent to us

Final Sale items

Items with a price of $10 or less are final sale Goods

Grass seeds, Catnip, Cat Litter and water beads are final sale, not eligible for return

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Processing of Returns

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your return and posted to the original method of payment.

We’ll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Please check with your financial institution for credit posting time frames.

PayPal refunds will clear by the end of the same day it was issued

Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Return products past the 30-day return window, but items are not in its original packaging condition, used, we will charge a 15% restock fee

Wrong/ Defective Item Policy

On very rare occasions, we Hoomans do make mistakes. Please contact us and we will take care of it right away!

We may or may not require the original item to be returned.We reserve the right to request photos of the wrong/defective item

For all defective/wrong items please start a damage claim by contacting: info@vivipet.eu with the subject line: RMA claim & ORDER ID

Provide clear photos of the wrong/defective item and a copy of the original invoice.

We’ll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Paypal refunds will clear by the end of the same day it was issued

Returning gifts

If the items were a gift you can still return them for a refund.

Please follow our return policy to return the items back to us.

You can request a refund in the form of a gift card/store credit by noting it on the original packing slip and provide your email address

Otherwise a refund will be issued to the original card holder.

Wrong Address/ Undeliverable / Refused package policy

All refused shipments & undeliverable packages will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping fee is non-refundable

All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not the present/failure to claim will result in a $10 restocking fee.

S&H is non-refundable

Please double check and triple check your shipping address, once it is processed and shipped, we can no longer update or change the destination. You’ll be responsible for the package
